Do I have to pay to set up an account?

No. Account set up is free.

What do the ratings mean?

All of our stock is rated from 1 star to 5 stars. Click here to find out more.

I don't understand how it works?

Choose your items from the site and either pay for them at the price listed or reduce the cost by sending items on our exhange list. Each item on the list has a value that will reduce your costs up to 50% of your order. Please note returning customers will be required to exchange. If sending your items to us we will give you £3 towards your postage too.

What if I live local?

If you don't want to Xchange via post please contact us to arrange an appointment and we'll do the Xchange face to face (no postal fees for you to pay)

Can I exchange boots for trainers?

Any item in our xchange stock can be exchanged for any item on our exchange list

Can I donate items I do not want?

By all means send us your pairs to add to our stock. Please see donations

I would really like something from your site but I don't have anything to Xchange

You are allowed one purchase before you must exchange, after that you will need something on our exhange list. It helps us to keep going as we'd soon run out of items. You will be able to reduce your costs too.
