Exchanges

  • Once paid for will be kept for 7 days from date of reservation, after which point Boot Xchange reserve the right to remove the reservation.
  • Exchanges are non-refundable.
  • Within the 7 day period from the reservation date, you must send one more more pairs of brand name trainers/football boots to the Boot Xchange.
  • Your pair must be in good clean condition (no rips, holes or tears) and must be complete, laces, inner soles, studs, etc.
  • We will only exchange Umbros for Umbros.
  • The term brand name means one of the listed items in the search box, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, etc. If you have a pair that is not on the list, email us first. Please note we do not currently accept Gola, Mitre, Patrick, Kappa, Longsdale, Pony.
  • BootXchange.com reserves the right to refuse the Xchange and return your pair to you from the reservation fee if the pair you send us is not to the required standard. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Returning customers will be required to send exchange item(s).

Delivery

  • We can not accept any responsibility for the items you send to us. We would recommend using recorded or special delivery.
  • Delivery to you will be via recorded delivery.

Refunds & Returns

  • If you are unhappy with any item we will be happy to refund you after you have returned the item to us at your expense. Due to the nature of the service we will be unable to return any item you sent to us for Xchange.
